Of course, you can't just buy a pink bowl and be "in the club," but it's not a bad place to start. Here's the backstory on Club 30 from the eBay seller of this fine artifact:

"There is about a two and a half mile strip of US Route 30 that runs through West Virgina after leaving East Liverpool Ohio and running East to Pittsburgh Pa. It was on this strip in Hancock County, Chester WV, that Club 30 was built in the very early 50's-60's or maybe even the late 40's. It was built by gambling interests from Pittsburgh and Youngstown Ohio as an illegal gambling casino. This was reportedly done in cooperation with Dick Wright, the Hancock County Sheriff at that time. He built a motel right across from Club 30. I don't know when the place closed."
