Ah, To Be 30 and Murdoch

When we heard reports last week that James Murdoch was buying 11 Spring St. in Manhattan, we thought, "Boy, that's a big old building for a 30-year-old!" Of course, the rumor turned out to be false. It's James' 32-year-old brother who's buying the sprawling Nolita residence for $5.25 million. Now that makes a little more sense.
